OWNERS EYES

Cameron believes in the ideals and benefits related to community involvement and working with projects that make contributions to its quality of life. Even further more, he feels there is no better way to understand the community's ideals and benefits than to become involved within the community. Because of the beliefs and energy he brought to the Daedalus team, he became the "owners eyes."

Being the "owners eyes" he was responsible for providing the interface between the projects ownership and its delivery. In other words, he was the owners representative, he acted as the focal point of contact with the project manager for their day-to-day management in and of the interests of the owner. He was responsible for the continuous management on behalf of the project owner to ensure that expected project objectives were met. Through his adequate knowledge and information about the business and project, he was able to make the informed decisions necessary.

Within his daily role, he ensured an appropriate project management framework was in place, oversaw the Project Managers performance of their delegated responsibility, fostered an environment of teamwork, and managed the project budget.

Cameron has worked in Project Management in conjunction with Daedalus, USA for several of the largest and most elite construction projects in the Park City and Deer Valley area. Such projects include The Chateaux at Silver Lake, Deer Lake Village, The Lodges at Deer Valley and The Lodge at Stillwater
